Property Registration

 

Register a property for Standards for Success (SfS) Reporting

 

Only MFSC Budget Based sites must register for SfS reporting. Grant sites will be registered automatically.

Properties Using inForm from HUD

To register a property via HUD's inForm tool, use this link. New properties will be set up by Grant Solutions on a monthly basis, so it may take up to 30 days for login credentials to be made available. If you have registered and you are still waiting to receive login credentials, please do not re-register as it may cause further delays. If you have been waiting for more than 30 days, please email help@grantsolutions.gov or call 866-577-0771.

Properties Using AASC Online from The Pangea Foundation

If your property uses the AASC Online case management software for service coordinators, The Pangea Foundation will take care of the registration process for you. For support from The Pangea Foundation, please email support@pangeafoundation.org or call 619-615-0982.

Properties Using ResidentConnect from PivotLink

If your property uses the ResidentConnect case management software for service coordinators, PivotLink will take care of the registration process for you. For support from PivotLink, please email support@pivotlink.io or call 239-329-7507. ​
